Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support and ensure compliance of pharmacy technicians.
• Develop policies and guidelines to improve standardization and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, set pay rates, and conduct performance appraisals for staff.
• Plan staffing, training, and professional development of assigned staff.
• Monitor metrics and supervise workflow to meet productivity targets.
• Direct scheduling, attendance, and off-boarding for the team.
