Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license and five years experience as a Pharmacy Technician are required.
• Experience with supervision, training, and policy development is preferred.
• Leadership and managerial experience or training is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies to improve standardization and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor daily practices for policy adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and prepare training materials for oversight areas.
• Hire, set pay, manage hours, evaluate staff performance.
• Direct orientation, training, development and performance evaluation of staff.
• Plan staffing, assign shifts, ensure adequate manpower.
• Manage scheduling, vacations and attendance.
• Analyze metrics on operations, costs, productivity and staffing.
• Oversee quality and productivity of staff and review payroll records.
• Assist department leadership and help meet productivity targets.
