Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in Michigan; controlled substance license.
• Three years of experience as a pharmacist with increasing responsibilities.
• Licensure: Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Michigan

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and serves as a role model and resource person for clinical and staff pharmacists.
• Leads, analyzes, and appraises pharmacy services provided to patients, physicians, and ancillary departments across the system.
• Supervises and coordinates day-to-day activities in an area within Pharmacy to assure quality pharmaceutical products and services are delivered to patients.
• Ensures patients receive the correct drug therapy at the proper time and that appropriate legal records and requirements are maintained.
• Assists in writing, revising, and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
• Coordinates recruitment, assists in hiring, performs evaluations and evaluates merit increases relating to subordinate performance.
