Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Houston team. You will deliver accurate filling of prescriptions, verify patient information, and handle third-party processing while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include inventory management, equipment maintenance, and supporting immunization events. A Texas CPhT license and RxEVO proficiency are required, with prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Active Texas CPhT license and ongoing CE (20 hours/2 years); recertify before expiration.
• RxEVO certification and successful completion of relevant training.
• Experience with H-E-B SOPs and RxEVO/RxIMS systems.
• Experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service adhering to company standards.
• Process, verify, and input prescriptions; handle third-party adjudication.
• Coordinate scheduling for screenings, immunizations, and events.
• Manage inventory, invoices, and warehouse/DSD orders.
• Maintain and calibrate automated processing equipment; assist with recalls.
