Walgreens Co. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist under supervision and support pharmacy operations in Petersburg, Virginia.

The role involves using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and ensure accurate patient and drug information, while delivering a friendly, helpful customer experience. The position requires English fluency and flexibility, with preferred six months of retail experience and PTCB certification.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prefer PTCB certification.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring pharmaceutical drugs.
• Enter patient and drug information and check for possible interactions.
• Assist with inventory management and store operations.
• Provide and model a delightful customer experience.
