Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in processing prescriptions and supporting daily pharmacy operations. You will use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, help with inventory management, and assist cashiers as needed.

The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive customer experience, engaging with customers, and maintaining accuracy in medication handling. Prior retail experience and PTCB certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification preferred.
