Job summary

You will oversee automation, packaging, or technician operations in coordination with pharmacy leadership. The position offers a four 10-hour day workweek, with standard day shifts, and requires Idaho licensure as a Pharmacy Technician and national certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician with Idaho State Board of Pharmacy.
• National Certification (CPhT, ExCPT or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician; hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists pharmacy technicians with their roles in the pharmacy.
• Provides structure and oversight for orientation, training, and competency.
• Coaches less experienced staff and schedules technicians.
• Reviews workflow and ensures shifts are adequately covered.
• Generates reports and maintains records and data for timekeeping.
