Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Technician training program.
• TSBP Registration and ability to read labels.
• Experience or training in retail pharmacy settings.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal for prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Counts, pours, and packages medication for pharmacist review.
• Enters prescription and patient information into the pharmacy computer system.
• Retrieves medication from stock and assists with OTC items.
• Refer questions to the Pharmacist and assist at the point of sale.
• Verify customer prescriptions and process payments at checkout.
• Move stock and stock shelves as needed and support clinic pharmacy activities.
