Job summary

Harris Teeter in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Full Time Assistant Pharmacy Manager (Modified Hours) to lead the pharmacy team and ensure exceptional customer service while managing daily operations.

The ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist (PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy) with immunization and CPR certifications, and strong communication skills. They will oversee dispensing, compliance, training, and collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Immunization-certified and CPR-certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer-service oriented

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacist staff and supervise pharmacy operations
• Provide relief coverage for travel locations as needed
• Administer immunizations per standing orders
• Dispense and verify prescriptions in accordance with laws and ethics
• Train and develop pharmacy associates; ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
