Job summary

You will administer immunizations, review prescriptions for accuracy, supervise staff, and drive profitability by managing inventory and expenses. Candidates must be licensed pharmacists with strong communication skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD or equivalent.
• Immunization certification and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of the pharmacy manager, including promotions and supervision.
• Administer immunizations to customers following standing orders and procedures.
• Dispense or compound medications according to prescriptions and laws, policies, and ethics standards.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients.
• Verify the work of pharmacy technicians and interns for accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all state/federal regulations.
