Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Pharmacy Management Consulting Manager to lead managed care pharmacy strategy and operations transformation for payer and provider clients. You will drive formulary strategy, utilization management, and pharmacy program design while partnering with clinical and operations leaders.

This role requires 3+ years of healthcare consulting and 5+ years in managed care pharmacy, with travel up to 80% and a Bachelor’s degree. A PharmD/RPh license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting/advisory experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managed care pharmacy, PBM operations, or pharmacy benefit/cost management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address pharmacy cost and drug trend drivers across medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Lead managed care pharmacy initiatives including formulary strategy, utilization management, and PBM performance.
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders on pharmacy operations transformation and clinical pharmacy program design.
