Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Pharmacy Management Consulting Manager to lead initiatives that blend managed care pharmacy strategy with pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy transformation for provider and payer clients, improving drug spend, medication management, and program performance.

You will travel up to 80% as needed, collaborating with healthcare executives to drive outcomes, leveraging analytics, and delivering large-scale transformation across the healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting/advisory experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managed care pharmacy, PBM operations, or pharmacy benefit/cost management
• Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities

• Identify and address pharmacy cost and drug trend drivers across medical and pharmacy benefits
• Lead managed care pharmacy initiatives including formulary strategy, utilization management, and PBM performance
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders on pharmacy operations transformation and clinical pharmacy program design
