Job summary

Accenture is actively seeking a Pharmacy Management Consulting Manager to drive initiatives blending managed care pharmacy strategy with operations and clinical transformation for provider and payer clients. You will focus on improving drug spend, medication management, and program performance to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare consulting and 5+ years in managed care pharmacy, with a PharmD or RPh preferred and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting/advisory experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managed care pharmacy, PBM operations, or pharmacy benefit/cost management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address pharmacy cost and drug trend drivers across medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Lead managed care pharmacy initiatives including formulary strategy, utilization management, and PBM performance.
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders on pharmacy operations transformation and clinical pharmacy program design.
