Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Pharmacy Management Consulting Manager to lead initiatives blending managed care pharmacy strategy with pharmacy operations transformation for provider and payer clients. You will help improve drug spend, medication management, and program performance while collaborating with clinical and operations leaders in a global healthcare team.

Travel up to 80% supports diverse client engagements; you’ll design formulary strategy, utilization management, and PBM performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting/advisory experience with healthcare provider or payer clients.
• 5+ years in managed care pharmacy, PBM operations, or pharmacy benefit/cost management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address pharmacy cost and drug trend drivers across medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Lead managed care pharmacy initiatives including formulary strategy, utilization management, and PBM performance.
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders on pharmacy operations transformation and clinical pharmacy program design.
