Job summary

Accenture, a global leader in professional services, invites a Pharmacy Management Consulting Manager to guide clients through managed care pharmacy strategy and clinical pharmacy transformation. You will shape formulary strategy, utilization management, and pharmacy program design for providers and payers.

Travel up to 80% as needed, collaborating with clinical and operations leaders to improve drug spend and program performance while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting/advisory experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managed care pharmacy, PBM operations, or pharmacy benefit/cost management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address pharmacy cost and drug trend drivers across medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Lead managed care pharmacy initiatives including formulary strategy, utilization management, and PBM performance.
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders on pharmacy operations transformation and clinical pharmacy program design.
