• Develop and support implementation of data-driven strategies that align PBM operations with client organizational goals.
• Apply pharmacy regulations and industry best practices to guide client compliance.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that improve PBM operations, including claims processing systems, data analytics, and automation tools.
• Manage technology implementation workstreams and support integration into clients' existing operations.
• Define KPIs with clients, support performance improvement plans, monitor impact, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
