Qualifications

• Active California Pharmacist license required.
• PharmD from accredited U.S. school.
• 10+ years in managed care or PBM environments preferred.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise pharmacy strategy across pharmacy and medical benefits.
• Oversee drug contracting, rebate programs, and network performance.
• Partner with Pharmacy Clinical Leadership, Medical Management, Finance, Actuary, and PBM partners.
• Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Present performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
