Blue Shield of California seeks a Director of Pharmacist Strategy and Performance to lead a team that shapes enterprise pharmacy strategy across pharmacy and medical benefits. You will oversee drug and network contracting, contract performance, and financial performance across provider-managed drugs, home infusion, and retail/pharmacy networks.

Competenze

Active California Pharmacist license required.
PharmD degree from an accredited school in the U.S.
10+ years of experience in managed care or PBM settings.
6+ years of people management experience.
Excellent presentation skills to executive stakeholders.
Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, formulary, and network programs.
Vendor partnerships and contract operations experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and pharmacy strategy planning.
Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solution-oriented approach to challenges.
