7+ years in pharmacy finance, healthcare finance or revenue cycle.
3+ years in leadership or management roles.
Experience developing financial analyses and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead revenue cycle operations: billing, capture, reimbursement, denials, AR.
Develop strategies to optimize revenue and cash flow.
Oversee manufacturer rebates and Medicare Part B/D, MFP processes.
Partner with Pharmacy Ops, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Compliance and Informatics.
Monitor KPIs, provide actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
Develop dashboards, forecasts, and analyses for decision-making.
Recruit and lead revenue cycle staff and foster continuous improvement.
