Summary

As a member of the Pharmacy Solutions Product team, the Business Analyst will collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, and Operations experts to develop solution features and user stories for operational processing, analytics reports, and dashboards.

Your role in our mission

The ideal candidate is a self-directed, innovative thinker familiar with product-specific subject matter. They can facilitate cross-functional groups and translate end-user terminology into requirements for engineers to develop system updates and analytic models.

• Evaluate existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Research market intelligence and relevant subject information.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to address development challenges.
• Develop detailed business requirements using standard tools and processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring business needs are reflected in product development.
• Coordinate review and feedback sessions with stakeholders and update documentation accordingly.
• Maintain and update Pharmacy Solutions product roadmaps and related materials.
• Participate in governance processes for tracking and reporting product development and enhancements.

What we're looking for

• 9+ years of experience in healthcare product management, business analysis, or health plan management.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare technology.
• Proficiency in Agile product development and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Pharmacy/PBM experience is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in business process documentation, information modeling, and translating needs into technical specifications.
