Job description

The Business Analyst will work on a variety of interesting projects, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams such as Project Management, Development, QA, Sales, and Executive Leadership in a fast-paced environment. We seek a detail-oriented, flexible candidate capable of managing multiple tasks, building strong relationships, and understanding the software development lifecycle. This role offers opportunities to influence business processes and contribute to company success. It is a highly technical position responsible for product quality, requiring motivation and mentorship skills.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client communications and set expectations effectively.
  2. Gather complete and accurate business requirements as a subject matter expert.
  3. Coordinate across functional teams as a team player and leader.
  4. Collaborate with Product Management to align product vision with customer needs, recommending and delivering optimal solutions.
  5. Develop documentation reflecting client needs, including business requirements, user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, and test plans.
  6. Create user guides for clients and end-users.
  7. Share knowledge and organize training sessions for team members.

To perform this role successfully, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Preferably, experience in the specialty pharmacy industry
  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
