Job summary

Liberty Software in Southlake, TX is hiring a Product Analyst to partner with a Product Owner, evaluate product capabilities, gather requirements, design features, and support sprint execution throughout the product lifecycle.

You will work with development and QA to translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting delivery and beta programs while learning a complex clinical domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in a product, business analysis, or pharmacy operations role; product analyst experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and healthcare systems desirable.
• Retail pharmacy experience a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfortable with dates; SQL a strong plus.
• Understanding of agile development and software processes; experience writing user stories & acceptance criteria.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to document complex information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across departments.
• Ability to learn a complex clinical domain quickly.

What You’ll Do:

• Familiarity with pharmacy software and healthcare systems is highly desirable
• Retail pharmacy experience as a technician or pharmacist is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with excel and comfort working with date; SQL experience is a strong plus
• Understanding of agile development methodologies and software development processes, including experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience with agile tools like Jira or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document complex information clearly
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
• Ability to learn a complex clinical domain quickly
