Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Applications Delivery lead to own end-to-end outcomes for pharmacy applications—from intake through run and ongoing support. You will serve as the accountable owner for delivery and stability, translating business goals into actionable plans and managing cross-functional teams across vendors and operations.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in delivery leadership for complex enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, SQL-based data access, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience managing delivery plans, budgets, and capacity across multiple initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in regulated or operationally critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for Pharmacy Applications across intake, build/configuration, integration, transition to run, and ongoing support.
• Serve as the single accountable owner for pharmacy system delivery, stability, and outcomes.
• Translate business goals into executable delivery and integration plans with clear scope and risks.
• Define governance and ownership for Pharmacy Apps to reduce day-to-day escalation.
