Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for the Mail Order Pharmacy to ensure safe, accurate packaging and documentation of all outbound shipments. You will weigh, label, and record packages, work with carriers, maintain inventory records, and keep a clean, compliant workspace while following RESPECT standards.

This is a full-time role with rotating shifts, including Sundays. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and MA Pharmacy Technician in Training

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Certification as Pharmacy Technician in Training per MA Board of Pharmacy.
1–2 years of similar work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Package prescription medications with proper materials to maintain integrity.
Maintain an auditable trail for all shipments and incoming inventory.
Prepare shipments with weight, labels, and records in shipping software.
Ensure accurate mailing addresses and secure packaging for safe delivery.
Organize supplies and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Follow safety standards and RESPECT behavioral guidelines.
