Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3+ years in logistics or inventory.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma training or demonstrated experience applying process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in ordering, receiving, distribution and inventory across departments.
• Hire, train, assign work and evaluate performance.
• Maintain organized warehouse with adequate consumables for automation, office, and facility needs.
• Use ERP systems and logistics tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract oversight.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, facilities, lab and supply chain teams to resolve issues and improve end-to-end operations.
