Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 3+ years logistics and/or inventory management experience and 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma training or demonstrated experience applying process improvement methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree or Hands-on Experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, CLTD or CPSM preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations and medical supply distribution practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for ordering, receiving, distribution, and inventory management of supplies.
• Assist in hiring, training, assigning work, coaching, and performance evaluation; ensure procedures and turnover.
• Maintain an organized warehouse with stock for automation, office, and facility needs.
• Implement best practices using ERP systems and logistics tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor metrics, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Support replenishment, par management, cycle counts, and returns programs.
• Collaborate with site managers to enhance shipping performance and workflows.
