CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

The role requires strong communication, supervision, and analytical skills, with the flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and variable hours.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise store staff; communicate with management and crews.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and complaints.
• Price, stock, and display merchandise; maintain shelves and rotate promos; manage inventories.
• Lead opening and closing procedures when managers are not onsite
