Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance with a focus on customer service. You will lead staff when no manager is onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and support a smooth store operation.

The role requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills and strong communication and supervision abilities, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, ensuring smooth operations.

• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
