• Expedites prescription processing in alignment with pharmacist duties.
• Organizes workflow by route and communicates progress with supervising pharmacist.
• Monitors schedules to maintain quality, production and customer service standards.
• Trains and integrates new technicians.
• Contributes to production strategy by understanding metrics and goals.
• Maintains knowledge of department processes.
• Responds to emergencies or issue during the shift.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
