Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Rx To Go program. You will drive safe, compliant pharmacy services, manage operational and financial performance, and lead cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in pharmacy, 7+ years in leadership, and 5+ years in oncology, with BCOP and a current license. This role requires coordinating with manufacturers and payers while upholding our patient-first values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years pharmacy experience.
• 7+ years managing clinical and non-clinical staff.
• 7 years of direct leadership experience.
• 5+ years of oncology experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight for Rx To Go aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure safe, effective, compliant delivery of pharmacy services across all Rx To Go functions.
• Develop and monitor operational and financial metrics to meet budgets.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation standards.
• Mentor pharmacy leaders and staff, promote engagement and succession planning.
• Collaborate with executives, providers, and payers to improve access and outcomes.
