Qualifications

• College degree in pharmacy required, PharmD preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years clinical pharmacist experience in hospital, home health, or oncology settings.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oncology pharmacy support to physicians, nurses, pharmacy staff, and other members of the organization.
• Delivers up-to-date drug information on oncology therapies and other biologics.
• Applies pharmacological principles for drug selection and dosing in patient care.
• Offers senior clinical education to department staff and supports operational projects.
• Coordinates medication therapy processes across Hematology/Oncology populations and supports new regimen builds.
