People’s Community Clinic seeks a Director of Pharmacy Services to provide strategic leadership, administrative oversight, and regulatory stewardship for all pharmacy operations. The PIC role ensures safe, effective, financially sustainable pharmacy delivery across the organization, aligning with PCMH and population health goals.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school or college of pharmacy.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive outpatient pharmacy experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with: 340B Drug Pricing Program operations, HRSA compliance, ambulatory care pharmacy services.

Responsabilités

• Oversees all pharmacy operations.
• Serves as Pharmacist-in-Charge as defined by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and other regulators.
• Interprets, verifies, dispenses, administers, packages, labels, and distributes medications and medical devices.
• Reviews prescriptions for safety, interactions, dosing, and appropriateness.
