Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate or Doctoral degree (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited school.
• Active and unrestricted SC pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive management or leadership experience in pharmacy operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pharmacy operations within an FQHC, with emphasis on 340B program oversight.
• Develop, implement, and review pharmacological policies and procedures.
• Lead multi-site operations, ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care.
• Manage contracts with 340B contracts, wholesalers, TPAs, and PBMs; report to CMO quarterly.
