Responsibilities include inventory management, label creation, and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy. Requires high school diploma or GED and 600 hours in retail/pharmacy operations.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a Pharmacy Service Representative for prompt service
• Enter prescription information including patient and prescriber search, drug selection, insurance billing
• Process new and refill prescriptions and obtain refill authorizations when allowed by state law
• Retrieve medications from inventory and label containers
• Complete paperwork and input data into the computer system in compliance with law
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the Pharmacy department
• Assist in inventory management and physical inventory preparation
• Reconstitute oral liquids where permitted by state law
