Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision and uses pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Provides customer service and counsels on products to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintains clean, well merchandised counters and shelves and checks in and prices merchandise.
• Performs inventory-related tasks and supports Pharmacy Department operations.
• Handles returns, exchanges, and payments; supports special assignments as needed.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and basic regulatory requirements.
