Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk/Customer Experience associate to assist pharmacists, process prescriptions, and deliver friendly checkout service. The role includes inventory support, store merchandising, and proactive customer assistance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
Strong math skills for accurate prescription filling.
Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control may help.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacist under supervision in filling prescriptions, retrieving and counting medications, and verifying accuracy.
Handle prescription processing, including checking for interactions and recording patient information in pharmacy systems.
Provide courteous, fast, and efficient checkout service at the registers.
Recommending items and assisting customers with product locations and questions.
Maintain cleanliness and merchandising of counters, shelves, and displays.
Support pharmacy operations with inventory management and frame workflows as directed.
