Job summary

• Coordinate relief pharmacist schedules using the market scheduling system.
• Maintain calendar, reminders and appointments for the District Pharmacy Supervisor.
• Arrange travel and lodging, and prepare travel itineraries for Healthcare Supervisor.
• Prepare salaried pharmacist payroll for approval and resolve payroll issues.
• Support pharmacy recruitment and intern programs with schools and internal teams.
• Handle confidential information and ensure compliance with company policies.
