Job summary

CarelonRx Sales Strategy Specialist at Elevance Health focuses on ASO pharmacy growth in the Local markets of Ohio, Indiana and Virginia. The role supports the sales and business development process, collaborates on strategy, and uses CRM to manage relationships and opportunities.

Hybrid work is offered with in-office presence 1–2 days per week and some locations considered within commuting distance. Minimum requirements include a BA/BS and at least 2 years in a pharmacy proposal or pricing

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of pharmacy proposal or pharmacy pricing environment.
• Experience with CRM software is preferred.
• Residing in EST/CST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the ASO new sales and business development process for CarelonRx.
• Provides pre-bid strategy planning, RFP response and execution support.
• Maintains CRM records and contributes to sales plans and strategies.
• Analyzes market trends and competitor strategies to inform decisions.
