Job summary

Elevance Health's BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Customer Associate in Lake Mary, FL. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 1-2 days per week to foster collaboration and connectivity while maintaining flexible, productive work arrangements.

You will respond to customer questions regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions, interact with various stakeholders, and ensure timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an automated customer service environment.
• Experience in high-volume call center environments is preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled and resolved appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Interacts with internal and external customers to provide claims, customer service, and membership support.
• Completes necessary research to provide proactive, thorough solutions.
• Displays ownership of service requests ensuring high quality resolution and follow-thru.
• Educates customers about using technology, tools and resources available to them.
