LSPedia Inc. in Farmington Hills, Michigan is seeking an Application Support Specialist for the Pharmacy Supply Chain. The role handles product support, onboarding workflows, and data-related troubleshooting for a high-volume customer environment.

The ideal candidate has strong customer-facing communication, technical curiosity, and the ability to investigate SaaS, data, and supplier workflow issues. This is an in-office, 5 days per week position.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in SaaS support or similar customer-facing environments.
Experience investigating customer support issues using ticket history and structured troubleshooting.
Ability to explain technical findings clearly to customers and internal teams.
Strong written communication skills and professional ticket updates.
Experience managing a ticket queue or high-volume support.
Comfort working with file, data, supplier workflow issues.
Willingness to learn pharmaceutical compliance, supplier data workflows, DSCSA, EPCIS, and OneScan Pharmacy Pro.

Responsibilities

Own OneScan Pharmacy Pro support tickets from assignment through resolution or escalation.
Investigate customer issues using ticket history, documentation and internal tools.
Provide clear, professional written updates to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support onboarding workflows and track progress to meet timelines.
Identify when higher-touch support or engineering review is needed.
Contribute to knowledge base updates and process improvements.
