Qualifications

• Experience managing a ticket queue or high‑volume support workload.

Responsibilities

• Own OneScan Pharmacy Pro support tickets from assignment through resolution or escalation.
• Review post‑triage tickets for clarity, routing, and actionability.
• Investigate customer issues using ticket history and product tools.
• Maintain clear ticket notes, statuses, and follow‑up timing.
• Escalate complex issues with findings, impact, and next steps.
• Learn and perform account, workflow, and configuration updates after training.
