LSPedia, a leading provider of pharmaceutical supply chain solutions, is seeking an Application Support Specialist - Pharmacy Supply Chain to assist OneScan Pharmacy Pro customers. The role emphasizes written communication, onboarding workflows, and data troubleshooting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong SaaS support experience, clear customer-facing communication, and the ability to investigate data and supplier workflow issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS support or technical/customer-facing support roles.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Experience managing a ticket queue or high-volume support workload.
• Willingness to work in-office 5 days per week in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Own OneScan Pharmacy Pro support tickets from assignment through resolution or escalation.
• Investigate customer issues using ticket history and product tools.
• Provide clear, professional written updates to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support onboarding workflows and supplier data follow-up for Pharmacy Pro.
