Job summary

MedWiz of Kentucky LLC seeks a pharmacy inventory associate to support accurate inventory by processing receipts, cycle counts, returns, storage, and quality controls to ensure medications and supplies are available for production when needed.

You will process deliveries, perform counts, handle returns, follow SOPs, maintain precise records, and communicate inventory issues in a fast-paced environment. The role requires careful attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent capability.
• Ability to learn and follow pharmacy/inventory SOPs, safety requirements, and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use or learn basic computer, inventory, and workflow systems.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming deliveries and distribute medications and supplies.
• Complete assigned inventory counts/recounts and support accurate stock records.
• Process medication returns so eligible product returns to usable inventory promptly.
• Follow proper storage, handling, quality, safety, and disposal procedures.
• Support inventory control, stock availability, and production readiness.
• Assist qualified production activities such as non-DOSIS pre-pack work when assigned/permitted.
• Follow pharmacy SOPs and requirements relevant to inventory handling.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate inventory issues or discrepancies.
