Job summary

Walgreens seeks a Store Supervisor to lead customer service associates and front-end operations while supporting the Store Manager in driving store performance. The role includes coaching, scheduling, and ensuring merchandising, safety, and compliance across pharmacy and retail areas.

Responsibilities include managing team performance, addressing customer needs, and partnering with leadership to meet company deliverables and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-end store operations and customer service teams.
• Ability to manage store activities in absence of Store Manager and support district goals.
• Pharmacy and retail store knowledge with focus on safety, compliance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients, resolve complaints, and model service best practices.
• Supervise store team, recruit, hire, and discipline direct reports as needed.
• Analyze store operations and inventory to drive sales and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with external partners to support community outreach and Pharmacy operations.
• Oversee cash handling, registers, and banking activities with accuracy and integrity.
