Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED with two years in a supervisory role.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept promotion into Store Manager position, which could require relocation within the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and pharmacy operations, manage store team, and ensure merchandising and asset protection.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and discipline team members to meet company deliverables.
• Use data and KPIs to drive store performance and implement corrective actions.
• Support store manager with scheduling, cash controls, and store safety.
