Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience is required.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to relocate for promotion opportunities within Walgreens assets.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to optimize store performance.
• Leads store team development, recruitment, performance management, and discipline.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and drive profitability.
• Analyzes store operations data to identify improvement opportunities and executes action plans.
• Manages cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and compliance with policies.
