Qualifikationen

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Performance rating of ‘Achieving expectations’ or better where applicable.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Aufgaben

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Maintain on-shelf availability and price accuracy; validate planograms.
• Review reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Open/close the store as required, including cash handling and POS duties.
• Coach team on inventory systems, scanning of deliveries, and warehouse processes.
• Complete pharmacy and front-end inventory activities and recalls as needed.
• Assist with pricing, discounts, and regulatory pricing tasks.
