Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage inventory across the store and pharmacy, focusing on receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and maintaining planograms. You will ensure accurate stock levels and drive On-Shelf Availability while supporting front-end operations and designated POS duties during shifts.

The role emphasizes adherence to inventory processes, vendor interactions, and accurate recording of stock movements to support store performance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.
• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience (external).

Responsibilities

• Execute and coach team on inventory processes including ordering and verification.
• Receive, count, price, return, and manage deliveries and warehouse/vendor stock.
• Maintain On-Shelf Availability across planogrammed departments and ensure accurate pricing signage.
• Assist with store operations including cash handling and designated POS duties when on duty.
• Support front end and pharmacy inventory activities, including recalls and recalls-related tasks.
