Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Relations Specialist to join our team. The PRS II will manage pharmacy contracting with independent pharmacies and select chains, respond to inquiries, and perform operational tasks to maintain contracted networks.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, remote-friendly position within our US operations.

Qualifications

• College or 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
• 3 years business-setting experience
• Retail pharmacy or managed care setting experience desired
• Experience analyzing medical/pharmacy claims preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
• Adherence to compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy contracting with independent pharmacies and select chains/PSAOs
• Review pharmacy contract setup for compliance with network agreements
• Support pharmacy audits and network compliance initiatives
• Research and solve claims-related issues
• Respond to and track requests from network pharmacies
• Distribute pharmacy communications to meet internal and client needs
• Monitor regulatory compliance of network functions
• Handle independent pharmacy redlines and liaise with leadership
• Oversee network design, QA measures and claims processing
