Job summary

PillPack, LLC in the United States is seeking a Regulatory Risk Manager for Amazon Pharmacy to safeguard compliance and drive auditor readiness across accrediting bodies such as URAC, NABP and LegitScript.

You will own end-to-end accreditation processes, coordinate due diligence, interpret evolving standards, mentor teammates, and partner cross-functionally to close gaps with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare compliance, accreditation, or regulatory auditing experience.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacy technician license or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication; mentoring others.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as intermediary between Amazon Pharmacy and external partners (accreditation agencies, consultants, vendors).
• Own completion of the accreditation audit including evidence compilation and policy submission.
• Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Manage lifecycle of corrective actions and coordinate across departments to address deficiencies.
